Hello there folks!

It is time for another edition of NTR Radio (Gaiden). This one follows my personal exploits through the chaos that was Anime STL. A few buddies of mine from Arizona flew down here to join in on the fun and made it a pretty memorable experience. I’m sorry for the prolonged hiatus, but I have had personal life issues to sort out before I could continue posting here.

Topics discussed span across to a very poorly attended Go Nagai panel, meeting Monica Rial, numerous technical difficulties, a very spirited game of miniature golf, and the reasoning behind the title of the episode.

NTR Radio Gaiden: “To Thigh-High Stockings And Striped Panties”

NTR Radio Gaiden has arrived!

Gaiden episodes differ in that they have a narrower focus (not always related to anime, but usually). As a result, they’re usually either longer or shorter than normal episodes. In this first installment, Anubis reports on his tactical invasion of Anime Boston 2012. Furthermore, we discuss Upotte!! and read a couple of listener mails. Unfortunately, I believe we got a bit snagged on the harem question!

The Best Laid Plans O’ Mice And Men

This coming weekend is the big event: the local convention. A few friends of mine will join me and we plan to raid the place like Ethan Allen and the Green Mountain Boys. Unfortunately, due to some negligence on the part of the official site, we cannot really fully lay out the itinerary for this excursion. I can say that we will hit the dealer room, watch some anime in the screening rooms, and possibly capture insanity in the field via camcorder.

The schedule for Anime STL is indeed out, however, most of the panels seem to be catered to cosplaying and non-anime related material (for some reason), and thus, I do not plan to attend too many of those. I would go on a rant about this, but I will save that for the next installment of NTR Radio. Here’s hoping the merchandise, gaming rooms, and choices of anime shown are of a high-caliber!

In other news, the next few podcasts may have slight changes in the way I sound. Currently, I am experimenting with my new mic and settings. It is quite a step up in terms of quality!

It has been a little while. Life priorities can really be a pain in regards to being productive with A-Theory, much to my disappointment. However, I owe it to any of the folks that pop in on a regular basis to give them an idea of what is on tap for future reference.
